Visuel Teinte brillante acajou, reflets brique.

Description Ced's artisanal recipes combine the best pure cane juice from the French West Indies (Martinique AOC, Guadeloupe), fresh fruit ripened naturally on the tree or on the plant and a cane sugar syrup made specifically for Ced's Rums. Each vanilla bean is of Bourbon Madagascar origin.
From Victoria pineapples from Reunion to strawberries from Pornic, Ced' knows the local producers personally and attaches the utmost importance to rapid delivery as soon as the fruit is picked when perfectly ripe. Freshness is its watchword! Ced's Rhums selects exclusively fresh seasonal fruit and chooses them carefully for the aromatic diversity they bring to the range.
Passionate about the world of spirits, Ced' has from the outset selected an AOC agricultural white rum from Martinique as the basis for the creation of its rum punches. A choice justified by its aromatic precision and finesse obtained through the selection of the best terroirs. A white agricultural rum from Guadeloupe was also selected for its sweet and gourmet approach.
A recipe that has been matured for a long time behind the scenes and revisited by Ced'. A real balancing act, with pure AOC cane juice from Martinique matured in Sauternes barrels as the basis for the creation. A very broad aromatic palette provided by all the noble ingredients that make up this maceration (Timut pepper, kumquat, cloves, dried Iranian black lemon, etc.).
