Nez Le fruité (pomme et poire) qui saute aux narines. Les épices douces ainsi que l’orange arrivent juste après. De légères notes florales sont également présentes.
Goût Il est équilibré, c’est sec et relativement rond à la fois. Les épices, le boisé et l’orange se partagent la vedette tandis qu’un discret poivre se fait une petite place. L’ensemble est plutôt vif et frais. La finale est assez longue. C’est ici le boisé et la fraîcheur qui se complètent bien. Des notes d’anis apparaissent également.
