Description The Italian company Rossi & Rossi presents us with a rum that offers a balance between sweetness and roundness on the one hand, and the Caroni markers (bitumen and heavy oils) on the other.
Rum Nation Caroni 1999 is a vintage rum from Trinidad and Tobago. It was distilled and casked by the Caroni distillery, founded in 1918 and closed in 2002.

This heavy rum was distilled in an old column still which gives it a great aromatic richness supported by a high titration of 55°. This 1999 Caroni was bottled in 2015 after being aged first in the West Indies and then in Italy.
