From Victoria pineapples from Reunion to strawberries from Pornic, Ced' knows the local producers personally and attaches the utmost importance to rapid delivery as soon as the fruit is picked when perfectly ripe. Freshness is its watchword! Ced's Rhums selects exclusively fresh seasonal fruit and chooses them carefully for the aromatic diversity they bring to the range.
Passionate about the world of spirits, Ced' has from the outset selected an AOC agricultural white rum from Martinique as the basis for the creation of its rum punches. A choice justified by its aromatic precision and finesse obtained through the selection of the best terroirs. A white agricultural rum from Guadeloupe was also selected for its sweet and gourmet approach.
Inspired by a famous ice cream, Ced' revisits a classic delicacy by associating it with the world of rum punches..., the recipe is based on the maceration of AOC agricultural rum from Martinique with Macadamia nuts and Bourbon Madagascar vanilla pods, 6 months in Cognac casks.
