Nez Le nez est dominé par cette fève de cacao qui a macéré un certain temps avec de la banane (aux saveurs poêlées caramélisées) pour dévoiler tous ses secrets. Cette touche chocolatée (chocolat noir) est bien soutenue.
Goût Mise en bouche élégante. Registre aromatique plus proche d’une eau de vie digestive qu’apéritive. Belle alliance chocolatée fruitée. La banane s’affirme davantage en bouche, permettant à cette macération une bonne persistance aromatique.

From Victoria pineapples from Reunion to strawberries from Pornic, Ced' knows the local producers personally and attaches the utmost importance to rapid delivery as soon as the fruit is picked when perfectly ripe. Freshness is its watchword! Ced's Rhums selects exclusively fresh seasonal fruit and chooses them carefully for the aromatic diversity they bring to the range.

Passionate about the world of spirits, Ced' has from the outset selected an AOC agricultural white rum from Martinique as the basis for the creation of its rum punches. A choice justified by its aromatic precision and finesse obtained through the selection of the best terroirs. A white agricultural rum from Guadeloupe was also selected for its sweet and gourmet approach.
