Description Ambassador is an exquisite rum made from the distillery's finest rum reserves. After a minimum of twelve years of ageing in white oak barrels, until optimum maturity is reached, the rums are finished for a further two years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, contributing to Ambassador's complex sensory profile. This incomparable rum has notes reminiscent of port wine, dried fruit and cigar box. It is complex on the palate, with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and burnt oak that carry through to a strong finish.
