He creates a unique blend through an equally unique distillation process. That process limits the sugar content in the rum that undergoes a 5-year barrel maturation.

Gallia Belgica is rather dry in nature, very accessible, smooth and easy to drink. Complexity does not come into play. PJ Frooninckx focuses on fine, uncomplicated moments!
