Nez Au nez, Zafra 21 ans se dévoile avec richesse. Ses parfums réconfortants et chaleureux sont largement dominés par les effluves épicées de cannelle auxquelles se marient harmonieusement les senteurs boisées et empyreumatiques.
Goût Une attaque toute en douceur et légèreté qui laisse entrevoir la structure épicée des notes de cannelle et la gourmandise d'une marmelade aux parfums d'agrumes. C'est en milieu de bouche que les effluves présentes au nez se rappellent à nous : poivre et cannelle s'y chamaillent et rehaussent cette dégustation avec caractère. La finale s'exprime plus sèchement tout en conservant une belle longueur. Le va-et-vient des notes épicées et boisées l'emporte avec panache.
