Goût Bouche fruitée, douce et onctueuse sur le sirop de noix, crème à la vanille, le bois et l’amande grillée. Elle devient plus complexe sur le vinaigre balsamique alors qu’une pointe d’orange amère fait son apparition et un soupçon de canne et de mélasse. La longue finale confirme les apports aromatiques de la finition sur les bois fins, la figue et la ganache.
